Clients who combine regular personal training sessions with an online training program have a higher likelihood of reaching their goals because they have all of the benefits listed above and they receive a detailed program with a specific structured workout split and cardio schedule designed to meet their unique fitness and physique goals, taking into consideration their time constraints and equipment available, as well as laying out all the details and they know exactly what to do on their own during the rest of the week. Clients have access to a structured customized program within my training app where they are able to schedule and log their training sessions with me as well as workouts on their own, set daily and weekly activity and lifestyle habits and goals, track and measure progress several ways, view exercise videos, print workouts, and receive feedback on exercise intensity, form, and technique, communicate with me, and work together to address areas for improvement/concern. Clients send weekly check-ins on time and their programs are updated based on adherence, honesty, and biofeedback. Clients who have programs laid out and simplified essentially have a map for their journey toward their goals. It takes the guesswork, hassle, and confusion out of their way so they can simply focus on working hard in and out of the gym.

Client is required to set up a free account in my training app. (link is sent to client).
Client must complete several Client Forms as well as an online Consultation Form prior to the start of the program.
Program begins 1 day after client receives program.
Program is the agreed to and specified duration:
either for 4 weeks (28 days) and the 28 days are consecutive
or for 8 weeks (56 days) and the 56 days are consecutive.
Weekly check-ins are required; failure to check in on time will result in no updates for the following week or late updates to the meal plan for the following week.
Personal Training and Online Training and Nutrition Programs and Coaching Programs fees are each separate fees payable directly to Karin Taylor. Forms of accepted payment: Venmo, Zelle, Cash, Checks.
